Privacy notice

Clear data practices.

This notice explains how AIHUM, a service operated by SeoParAI in Montréal, Québec, handles information submitted through the website and during service delivery.

Effective: August 9, 2026 · Privacy contact: contact@aihumagent.com

Accountability

The direction of SeoParAI is the person responsible for the protection of personal information. Privacy requests, complaints and incident reports may be sent to the address above.

What we collect

  • Contact and business details that you submit, such as name, work email, company, country or time zone and requested workflow.
  • Guide messages, a temporary conversation identifier and the context needed to answer.
  • Technical information needed for security and operation, such as IP address, request time, browser data and server logs.
  • Language, market and selected-team preferences stored locally in your browser. The site does not currently use advertising cookies.
  • Payment and transaction identifiers returned by the selected payment provider. AIHUM does not receive or store complete card details or private wallet keys.

Why we use it

We use this information to answer requests, prepare proposals, deliver and secure the service, prevent abuse, maintain records required by law, process payments and communicate about a requested service. We do not sell personal information.

AI and sensitive information

Guide messages may be processed by an identified AI model provider when that integration is enabled. Do not enter health records, payment credentials, government identifiers, privileged legal documents or other sensitive information in the public guide or demo form. A production deployment receives a separate data and risk review.

Retention

  • Demo and contact requests: up to 365 days, unless a contract or legal obligation requires a different period.
  • Public guide conversations: up to 30 days.
  • Payment, contract and accounting records: for the period required by tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and legal obligations.
  • Browser preferences remain on your device until you clear site data.

Production-agent retention is documented in the customer order or data-processing terms and should be limited to the approved purpose.

Providers and transfers

We use a limited set of hosting, email, AI and payment providers. Their role, location and activation status are listed on our subprocessor page. Information may be processed outside Québec or Canada only for the stated service. Required contractual and privacy-impact measures are assessed for the deployment.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent or information about a decision based exclusively on automated processing. You may also submit a privacy complaint. We may need to verify your identity and retain information that the law requires us to keep.

Security and incidents

Our baseline includes HTTPS, restricted administration, service isolation, encrypted system credentials, least-privilege access, backups and monitoring. No online system is risk-free. If an incident creates a legal notification duty, we will follow the applicable notification process.

Changes

Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Contracted customers will be notified where their agreement requires it.
